Happy New Year is the upcoming movie of Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan which is directed by the most famous and artistic director Farah Khan. "HNY" is the funny and romantic movie. Shah Rukh Khan has released the official trailer of Happy New Year on 14 August.

The release date of the film is Diwali which is 23rd October of this year. The film Happy New Year is prouduced by Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment and will be distributed world wide by Yash Raj Films in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
